Our client is looking Lead PowerPlatform Developer for long term project in Montreal, Canada (Onsite) Below is the detail requirement.

Role : Lead PowerPlatform Developer

Location : Montreal, Canada (Onsite)

Job description :

Experienced Azure and Power Platform Developer / Architect required to Develop power platform apps, integrating with Azure App Services and should have hands on experience Azure Eco Systems and Azure PAAS.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate technical leadership with a track record of developing and driving innovative solutions for public cloud.

Primary responsibilities

Develop and enhance the automation framework for Power Platform and or Dynamics365

Enhance and contribute to Azure and Power Platform architecture

Develop tooling and self-service capabilities

Integrate automation workflows into CI / CD pipelines

Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to enhance the developer experience

Contribute to design decisions for Azure and Power Platform

Job Responsibilities

Liaise with business users across locations to understand / document business requirements, detail the use cases & propose solution options for automation

Guide and Implement Best practices for Microsoft Power Platform

Analysis and Design of Power Platform based apps.

Own product roadmaps, create & manage project plans, call out risks & issues proactively, report progress against the plan & track associated project benefits

Ability to wear multiple hats including but not limited to Business Analyst, Developer, Project Manager, Tester & Business User

Monitors and measures the effectiveness of the digital robots and creates reports on impact of the robotic solution.

Conduct trainings / Hackathons from a Enablement perspective.

Required Skills

Minimum 6-15 years of experience with software development and RPA / BI technologies

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps

Experience scaling Power Platform within the firm.

Demonstrated experience in all phases of the RPA life cycle - requirements capture, definition & solution design, architecture design, build, configuration, testing and operational transition

Familiarity with RPA best practices such as PDD / SDD, Unit Test Cases, Code Quality, Development Standards etc.

Excellent written, verbal communication and organizational capabilities

Ability to take ownership

Ability to communicate effectively and confidently across all levels

Desired Skills :

Demonstrated experience in delivering Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence use cases for Banking / Finance industry

Working knowledge of industry recognized automation toolkits like Xceptor, Alteryx, Tableau

Working knowledge of Data Analytics & ability to use data analytic tools for decision making

General knowledge of process improvement frameworks (Lean, Value Stream Mapping) and or exposure to process management and automation tooling (Celonis, UiPath)
