Assistant Regional Controller

Location : Sherwood Park, Alberta

Work arrangement : In-office, 5 days per week

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the region to ensure all site / divisional finance and administrative processes and people are in place and functioning effectively.
• Interpret client contracts and translate them into financial processes.
• Communicate financial information to non‑financial peers.
• Ensure day‑to‑day accounting functions (billings, collections, accounts payable, time collection, etc.) operate accurately.
• Ensure monthly closings are timely and accurate.
• Review, adjust, implement, and train financial administrative processes.
• Provide personnel management support to the region’s financial and administrative positions.
• Coach and develop financial and administrative personnel.
• Maintain a high level of professional communication.
