Classification / Salary : Social Program Officer (Growth to R24) – Position starts at $71,771 to $76,071 annually
Team : SI Vernon 1
Location : Vernon (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office after a 6‑month probation)

About the Role
As a Quality Service Analyst at CLBC you will be the primary point of contact for service providers. You will lead the negotiation of contracts for funding and service levels, review and monitor contracts for service quality, develop and approve new resources, manage service requests, and ensure crisis response systems and resources are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with Facilitators about support requests, service availability, and resource suitability
- Conduct on‑site monitoring reviews (homes, staffed residential facilities, programs, etc.) and investigate competency and service issues
- Assist individuals and their families experiencing a crisis
- Recruit and develop new service relationships
- Develop service contracts or agreements and negotiate costing details and quantities
- Negotiate contract costing and advise on requirements for corrective action in contracted service delivery
- Ensure service collaboration and develop cost‑sharing agreements
- Liaise with key staff regarding current funding limitations or delays and participate as a team member in local budget management
- Review financial reports to ensure delivery of services for approved funding supports
What you will bring
Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Work, or a related disciplineExperience working in the social services sector in areas such as resource development or contract managementAn equivalent combination of relevant education / experience may be consideredWe are also looking for
