Your new role

We are looking for an individual who will be joining this well-established team as the Project Manager working on ICI projects.

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the success of your assigned project(s), including the planning, management, and execution of projects. Day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to,municating project expectations and goals to other team members, enforcing a site-specific health and safety plan, enforcing schedule deadlines throughout the project, submitting quotations, being responsible for coordination of site drawings, monitoring job costing, and preparing reports for review and other duties as required.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed as the Mechanical Project Manager, you will bring 3-5+ years in the mechanical construction industry, be familiar with Mechanical Contracting and associatedponents, you will be detail-oriented, and someone who can work independently, though also work well in a team, approachable and professional with customers, proficient in Bluebeam, Microsoft Office products and Autodesk / Trimble. Formal training in plumbing or engineering would be considered an asset.
