Project Manager

Our client is looking for a Contractor, IT Project Manager to be a liaison between technical and business stakeholders.

The IT Project Manager Contractor will handle projects associated with Enterprise and / or SAP applications. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in project management, technical expertise, and a solid understanding of business processes. This role involves collaborating with a variety of stakeholders—including Business Units, external vendors, and IT teams (Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architects, Technical Consultants, SMEs, Infrastructure, and Security)—to ensure the timely completion of all project deliverables. The candidate should be a self-starter, excellent communicator, possess strong problem-solving abilities, and be results-driven.

Project Management Activities :

• Follow Project Management methodology and manage project lifecycle from end-to-end.
• Develop project plan and accountable for the timely delivery of project activities as per plan.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders to complete all project deliverables in the committed timeline.
• Work closely with all stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Obtain status update on assigned tasks with stakeholders.
• Identify risks and mitigate, escalate major risks as required.
• Manage end-to-end including, vendor management and change management
• Responsible for project management related deliverables and obtain required approvals.
• Prepare status reports / presentations in MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• May assist in other documentation (e.g. PSD - requirements, current state, use cases, future states, etc.).
• Knowledge / experience in SAP are an asset.
