SkySail Technologies is looking for a Level 2 IT Support Specialist who is eager to grow their technical skills while building strong client relationships.
This is primarily an onsite role (80%) serving our professional services clients, with the remainder of the time spent on remote support and proactive maintenance.
We’ll Provide : A competitive salary of $60k- $70k CDN Health Spending Account 10 Wellness days a year, vacation time, paid holidays Hybrid work opportunity Opportunity to grow within the company A great company culture on a small team of 3 employees What you’ll do : Deliver hands-on technical support at client sites across the Interior BC region Perform proactive maintenance on client systems to prevent issues before they occur Provide helpdesk support for day-to-day technology needs Configure and deploy workstations, mobile devices, and peripherals Manage user account administration in Microsoft 365 environments Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues Skills you’ll need : 2-4 years of IT support experience Solid understanding of Windows 11 desktop support Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune) Basic networking knowledge (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) Understanding of Active Directory and Azure AD fundamentals Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery concepts Mobile device management (iOS, Android, and MDM [Microsoft Device Management]) experience and Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge is a plus Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Able to work well both within a team environment and autonomously Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional after-hours work Ability to travel to client sites in and around Okanagan Driver’s license Next Steps : Quick apply with your resume here OR Get a head start on our application and aptitude testing process here : https : / / www.ondemandassessment.com / o / JB-DLHQS7UVF / landing?u=1182753 Powered by JazzHR
