Job description

Title : Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location : West island

Salary : 55-62K

Start date : as soon as possible

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.

Analyze outstanding balances and prepare regular aging reports.

Collaborate with clients to resolve disputes and ensure timely payments.

Assist in month-end closing and reporting activities.

Maintain accurate records of all transactions in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

DEC / AEC in Accounting or other relative experience

2-3 years of experience in similar role

Experience working with great plains or other ERP Systems (an Asset)

Bilingual (an Asset)
