As the Sr. Sales Learning Trainer, you will collaborate with the team to prioritize identified learning needs and be required to report on progress, impacts, barriers, outputs, and project status. You will support the implementation of learning solutions and make recommendations for changes to training as required.
How you will create impact :
- Facilitating the delivery of sales and / or technical training events as a subject matter expert, positively impacting the skills and knowledge of the learners, encouraging participation and building motivation in virtual and / or face-to-face training environments.
- Leveraging a high degree of technical knowledge in specialty lines products including Life, Wealth, and / or Commercial to evaluate the effectiveness of the training environment.
- Building and maintaining strong stakeholder, specialist and subject matter expert relationships, supporting adult learning principles, training delivery skills and advising skills.
- Collaborating with cross functional stakeholder groups to identify learning needs, and Support implementation of learning solutions.
- Maintaining the integrity of online learning programs, participant's materials, and coaching guides to keep existing programs current and relevant.

You have 5 years of insurance industry experience, including sales coaching experience, with a minimum 1 year experience working in Facilitation and Learning Development.You have a post secondary education in a related field or discipline.You hold a Life License, Mutual Funds License, and / or General Insurance License and are actively working towards the PFA, QAFP, and / or CIP designation.You hold or are willing to attain an Adult Learning CertificationYou demonstrate the ability to mentor, coach and contribute to the development of staff and build sustainable relationships with partners and colleagues.You use innovative and creative techniques to address needs-based analysis solutionsWhat you need to know :
