As a Körber Business Anal yst, you will play a key role in supporting and evolving a shared Warehouse Management System (WMS) environment that services bo th JAM and A lmo. This is a high-impact role requiring strong technical expertise, business process insight, and the ability to lead through complexity.
What you will do :
The Körber Business Analyst partners with warehouse operations, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable WMS solutions. You will support implementations, enhancements, and ongoing optimization of the Körber platform while ensuring alignment across multiple business units. Experience with JDE is a strong asset.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to all phase s of Körber WMS initia tives, from discovery through go-live and post-implementation support
- Suppo rt a shared WMS enviro nment serving both JAM and Almo, ensuring business processes are well understood, documented, and aligned
- Troubleshoot operational and system issues across the Körber ecosystem, including integrations, reporting, and third-party applications
- Partner with warehouse leaders, IT teams, project managers, developers, and implementation partners to resolve system challenges
- Document business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications
- Pe rform fit / gap analysi s and develop practical recommendations and implementation
- plansCreate cross-functi onal process maps for current-state (“as-is”) and future-state (“to-be”) operations
- Quantify issues, document findings, and provide supporting data for escalation and decision-making
- Prepare and deliver end-user training; support the developmen t of WMS Super Users and trainers
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and support requests within established service levels
- Ensure WMS solutions meet operational needs and support continuous improvement
- Continuously build technical, functional, and operational knowledge through collaboration and self-learning
