Our valued public sector client is hiring a Senior Business Analyst with telecom experience to support the implementation of Softphone software across the organization.

Background :

The department currently has approximately Softphones in use at facilities across the country but, the plan is that there will be 25, installed within the next 5 years.

Tasks :

• Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for the Softphone solution.
• Defining functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and GoC standards.
• Mapping current state workflows and identifying changes required for the Softphone rollout.
• Conducting impact analyses related to business processes, security, IT infrastructure, and end-user operations.
• Preparing business requirements documents (BRD), use cases, process flows, and traceability matrices.
• Facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements validation sessions.
• Assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, coordinating testing sessions, and validating that solutions meet business needs.
