What We Offer

    • NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

    You must :

  • Have professional residential cleaning experience
  • Own a reliable car and be able to travel locally
  • Have a smartphone for job details, photos, and communication
  • Be legally allowed to work in Canada
  • Speak and understand basic English
  • Be physically capable of cleaning for several hours
  • Complete a paid trial clean
  • Follow Shine Shift SOPs, checklists, and photo verification standards

    • Applicants who do not meet all requirements will not be considered.

    Responsibilities

  • Perform residential standard, deep, and move-out cleans
  • Follow detailed cleaning checklists for each service
  • Take before and after photos as required
  • Communicate professionally with clients and the Shine Shift team
  • Represent the Shine Shift brand professionally on site
