The current opportunities available are for Procurement Coordinators.Key Duties and Responsibilities : To provide procurement and contract management consultation, coordination, support and quality customer service including providing advice to clients, soliciting client's needs, project leadership, and development of materials to acquire goods and services.Qualifications and Skills Required : - Experience and knowledge of procurement principles and understanding of procurement processes to effectively develop materials for a vast number of clients and managing procurement related tasks. - Experience in managing positive complex relationships and ability to manage client needs. - Experience in managing different tasks in the planning and execution of high volume of requests.- Excellent critical thinking and analytical abilities. - Ability to plan and organize to effectively process procurement requests. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and to use diplomacy and tact when resolving conflict. - Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills to provide advice and information to clients and staff.
