Wereseeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Manager to spearhead ourTech Clients B2B sales efforts and drive significant revenuegrowth.

Responsibilities :

  • TeamLeadership : Recruit hire train and manage a highperforming salesteam.
  • SalesStrategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics toachieve aggressive salesgoals.
  • PipelineManagement : Oversee the sales pipeline ensuring efficient lead generationqualification andclosure.
  • Customer RelationshipManagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers anddecisionmakers.
  • PerformanceAnalysis : Track and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas forimprovement and optimize salesprocesses.
  • Coaching andDevelopment : Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales team members toenhance their skills andproductivity.

Requirements

  • Proventrack record of success in B2B sales management preferably in thetechnologyindustry.
  • Strongleadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire ateam.
  • Excellentcommunication and negotiationskills.
  • Deepunderstanding of sales methodologies and bestpractices.
  • Stronganalytical and problemsolvingskills.
  • Bachelorsdegree or equivalentexperience.
  • Musthave a working laptop and a reliable highspeed internetconnection
