Job description

Projected Start Date : February 2025

Schedule : 20 to 25 hours a weeks, on-site

Desired Profile

  • Bilingual with strong written French skills.
  • Analytical and structured, with precision in financial data management.
  • Autonomous and proactive, able to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Quick thinker with adaptability to various accounting contexts.
  • Education : Accounting Technician diploma or DEP in accounting required.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative and operational management : Overseeing commercial property management, including emergencies, tenants, rent, and lease renewals.
  • Accounting and financial management : Handling payables / receivables, billing, financial statement analysis, and loan agreements.
  • Full accounting cycle and year-end : Preparing and finalizing year-end.
  • Flexicom accounting and inter-company management : Processing journal entries, bank reconciliations, and tax reports.
  • Project and construction tracking : Supervising billing for construction projects and managing rental spaces.
