Job description

Randstad Victoria is now looking for a Marketing Assistant for a 3-4 week project for a local technology company.

If you have strong administrative skills and are wanting to gain some valuable experience, this is a great contract opportunity. Please note this is a contract position only for about 3-4 weeks

Responsibilities

  • Update and verify current employment (organized by Company and title) and physical mailing address information for approximately 800 names. Verify by online and LinkedIn search and calling organizations to confirm employment and title.
  • Create a master list grouping names by company, then sort by the country for mailing.
  • Create mailing and export labels.
  • Telephone, LinkedIn, and Online research proficiency
  • Strong with Excel, Outlook, Word Label format and print proficiency
  • Salesforce is an asset
  • Must be able to work independently, be creative and accurate in verifying information, accuracy is paramount.
