Job descriptionTerms of employment : Full-time, Permanent Wage : $23.00~$33.00 / hour (depending on experience) Number of Positions : 1 Work Location : 1 Progress Way, Warren, MB R0C 3E0 Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates and cashiers Assign tasks to sales staff and create work schedules to ensure efficient operations Authorize transactions, including payments and merchandise returns Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues such as stock shortages Monitor inventory levels and place orders for merchandise as needed Prepare reports on sales performance, merchandising activities, and staffing matters Hire new employees and provide training or arrange training sessions for new staff May also assist in selling merchandise and performing other duties alongside supervised employees Experience : 1~2 years of relevant experience, such as retail salesperson or sales clerk, cashier are required Education : Completion of secondary school is required Company information : 7547171 Manitoba Ltd. dba Hwy Market 6 Please apply via Email indicated above
