Delmar Jewelers is a manufacturer and wholesaler of fine jewelry, supplying major retailers in the USA, Canada, and worldwide with a focus on online sales. Our showroom in Montreal, QC showcases an extensive collection of one‑of‑a‑kind pieces and regular line items. We offer GIA‑certified diamonds and specialize in custom engagement rings, providing personalized attention to each customer.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. You will play a key role in planning and executing marketing initiatives across digital platforms while contributing to branding, content creation, live streaming, and trade show support. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual with a strong background in digital marketing, content production, and social media strategy—especially in the jewelry and e‑commerce space.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation

Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
Plan and publish compelling, on‑brand content to drive engagement and conversion
Monitor trends and analytics to optimize performance
Write engaging captions, product descriptions, and short articles about the jewelry sector
Collaborate with the design team to produce on‑brand visuals and video content
Manage influencer relationships and user‑generated content

Marketing Project Coordination

Oversee and coordinate marketing projects across departments

Assist in developing digital campaigns for seasonal launches, promotions, and partnerships

Support B2B presentations with marketing strategy and performance decks

Maintain and update the digital asset management system

Coordinate preparation of brochures, newsletters, and brand collateral

Events & Live Content

Plan and execute trade show participation (logistics, collateral, booth prep)

Organize and produce live shopping shows and product drops

Utilize tools like E‑camm for live streaming events

Edit videos for use across digital and social channels

Digital & Performance Marketing

Support execution of search, display, and social ad campaigns

Analyze digital marketing performance and produce actionable reports

Work with platforms such as Promote IQ, Mirakl, Walmart Connect, etc.

Assist in marketplace listings, promotions, and content uploads

Qualifications & Experience

1–2 years in a marketing or social media role, ideally in the jewelry or fashion e‑commerce industry

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Experience coordinating digital campaigns and trade shows

Strong understanding of content trends, digital marketing platforms, and visual storytelling

Familiarity with online marketplaces and DTC platforms

Portfolio of social media or marketing work is required

Skills & Tools

Technical Skills

Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

ClipChamp or equivalent video editing software

E‑camm Live or similar live stream tools

Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or similar platforms

Soft Skills

Strong writing, communication, and research abilities

Analytical mindset with attention to campaign performance

Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills

Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Flexible, collaborative, and open to daily creative challenges

Work Requirements

Must be based in Montreal or able to commute daily to our Montreal office
