Job descriptionBonus based on performance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Deliver exceptional customer service & sales while listening and consulting with customers Follow up with customers regarding services requested and estimated completion times Oversee complete vehicle diagnostic inspections and make comprehensive recommendations, building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts Create, deliver, and discuss pricing estimates with customers and promote shop service specials Lead, manage, and train team while maintaining alignment with company vision, purpose, and core values Supervise sales and service process Oversee technicians’ diagnostic inspections and repairs of domestic and imported cars and light trucks Maintain inventory counts Ensure overall cleanliness and organization of the facility Other duties as assigned Minimum of 3 years of store or service manager experience General automotive knowledge; automotive mechanic experience preferred Leadership ability Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including rotating half-day Saturdays Valid driver’s license Past experience demonstrates ability to enhance sales success and drive shop growth
