We are expanding our recruitment team and are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to building our talented workforce.Job Summary : As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support our rapidly growing company. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand our technical hiring needs and deliver on talent acquisition strategies.Key Responsibilities : Lead the full recruitment cycle for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications, required skills, and team fit for technical positions.Use creative sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates, including passive candidates and industry professionals.Conduct technical assessments and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Work with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.Track and analyze recruitment metrics to refine sourcing strategies and improve hiring outcomes.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology developments to effectively recruit for specialized roles.Qualifications : Proven experience as a technical recruiter, with at least 5 years of experience recruiting for technology roles (software engineers, DevOps, data scientists, etc.).Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to effectively assess candidates’ technical abilities.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Proven track record of successfully filling challenging technical roles.Strong organizational and time management skills.Experience with hybrid work arrangements and adapting recruitment processes to virtual environments.Benefits : Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Hybrid work model (3 days per week in the Toronto office).Health and wellness benefits.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Opportunity to work with a fast-growing technology company.
