Meal Prep Help Needed

We are looking for a house helper to help with meal prepping for 2. Maybe cleaning - but that’s tbd. Can increase hours up to 4hrs.For Meal prep : We will buy the groceries and have them ready. We need help with pre-chopped vegetables / onions, cleaning / marinating and separating chicken / Meat / Fish portions and storing away in zip lock bags for the freezer. We always buy boneless chicken / fish or stew beef cubes - so it’s simple. Washing and storing away salad greens. Some cooking may be required here or there, but simple as boiling chicken and saving stock or pre roasting some potatoes or veggies.Cleaning : The apartment is only 600ft sq. If ny cleaning is needed it would be the washroom and living room and kitchen. But that could be discussed later!
