Responsibilities :
- Develop compelling and clear content for various formats, from website copy to inbound email, paid digital to event content, brochures to audio ads.
- Collaborate on national integrated media campaigns, ensuring content consistency across platforms, including video, digital, print, and other media.
- Drive and execute communications projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring content aligns with strategic messaging and business goals.
- Follow through on new marketing initiatives from various business units, tailoring content to specific objectives and target audiences.
- Edit, proofread, and refine all content to maintain grammatical accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Produce and optimize digital content, such as video scripts, infographics, and multimedia assets, to enhance audience engagement.
- Conduct research and analysis to create authoritative, relevant, and industry specific materials.
- Work closely with internal teams to align written content with visual assets for cohesive and impactful communication.
- Stay updated on digital trends, SEO practices, and audience behavior to produce innovative and effective content.
- Provide mentorship to junior writers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
A minimum of 5+ years of professional writing experience, including contributing to national or large-scale campaigns and communications projects.A degree or diploma in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field.Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong focus on clarity, tone, and detail.Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and knowledge of SEO best practices.Experience creating digital content, including social media, web copy, and multimedia scripts.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Experience in the insurance or financial services sectors is considered a strong asset.Fluency in both French and English is an asset, with the ability to adapt messaging across languages and cultural contexts.If you are a strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for crafting compelling content, editing with precision, and supporting impactful communications, we want to hear from you!
