Job description

As a Valet, you will be the point of contact for arriving customers, and you must ensure you consistently meet customer and client expectations by providing excellent customer service.

Full Time shift available. Base salary $17 / h, PLUS a site premium which will bring the pay to $19,8 / h.

What Would You Be Doing?

Greet customer in a friendly manner when they arrive on site

Assist customer with their needs including opening vehicle doors, unloading parcels and directing in appropriate direction

Issue and collect valet tickets as required

Drive customers' vehicles to and from the designated parking location in a safe and efficient manner avoiding accidents and damages

Ensure vehicles are locked after parking and all visible valuables are moved to the trunk

What Are the Working Conditions?

Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and frequent exposure to all temperature conditions

Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time

Frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, and twisting

Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.

What Are We Looking For?

Cautious and courteous driver, with a Valid class G Ontario driver's license and clean driving record.

Must able to drive manual and automatic transmission.

What Will Set You Apart?

Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset but not mandatory

Excellent customer service skills.

Results-oriented individual with a concern for accuracy and customer relations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities

Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
