Weare seeking two skilled professionals to support our client in theinsurance industry by working on their Market Conduct Audit (MCA)program. These positions offer the opportunity to engage withmultiple distribution channels enhance compliance expertise andcontribute to a significant regulatoryproject.

Whatis in it foryou :

Hourly salary of $31.

12monthcontract with the potential forextension.

Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.

Workschedule from 9 am to 5 pm

Responsibilities :

Assist in executing Market Conduct Audits including advisorinterviews desk file audits and site visits ensuring adherence tomutual fund and life / health insuranceregulations

Conduct preaudit datacollection and analysis

Reviewand help resolve outstanding audit findings in collaboration withDistrict Managers Compliance Best Practice Consultants andfinancial advisors

Support themaintenance and continuous improvement of the Market Conduct Auditprogram

Manage the centralizedteam mailbox addressing compliancerelatedinquiries

Collaborate withstakeholders to build and finalize action plans ensuring timelysubmission of evidence to close regulatoryfindings

Utilize MicrosoftSharePoint Excel and Salesforce for data management andcollaboration

Whatyou will need tosucceed :

University or college degree in accounting business or complianceis an asset.

Completion of IFICand LLQP courses is an asset.

13years of experience in mutual fund compliance orsupervision.

Experiencesupporting compliance audits ortesting.

Expected to complete theBranch Managers Course within the first three months ofhiring.

Knowledge of MFDApolicies securities and insurance laws andregulations.

Familiarity withindustry compliance standards and practices particularly withininsurance distribution systems.

Good understanding of life health and wealth productlines.

Knowledge of advisorcommission arrangements contracts and business practices is anasset.

Strong research analyticaland problemsolving skills.

Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiationskills.

Exceptionalorganizational skills and attention todetail.

Proficiency withMicrosoft Excel Access Univeris andSalesforce.

Ability to workindependently with virtual teams andstakeholders.

High degree ofintegrity and ethics with a positiveattitude.
