Overview :

Our client, a respected and growing law practice, is seeking a skilled lawyer with a focus on condominium and property law.

This opportunity is ideal for a legal professional who thrives in a dynamic environment involving a diverse mix of litigation, corporate governance, and transactional work.

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents including contracts and governance-related materials.
• Provide strategic legal advice to property management and ownership entities, including support during meetings and collaboration with external professionals (e.g., financial auditors, technical consultants, etc.).
• Take full carriage of litigation files across multiple legal forums and areas, including high-value construction disputes, regulatory tribunal matters, warranty issues, and human rights claims.
• Engage in both advocacy and advisory work, balancing courtroom presence with boardroom strategy.
