Job Summary :

This UX Designer role requires creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for various projects, including digital displays and publications. The position demands a user-centered design approach, involving user research (interviews, surveys), and iterative design processes. The designer will lead design ideation, deliver design deliverables (wireframes, prototypes), and collaborate with business and development teams to realize product visions. Strong communication and agile development experience are essential.

Responsibilities :

Create effective, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces.
Design overall product functionality for optimal user experience, iterating based on user testing.
Design user interfaces for digital displays, publications, media, and other creative materials.
Conduct user research (interviews, surveys) and translate findings into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user flows, user journeys, mockups, and prototypes optimized for various devices.
Facilitate client product vision through research, sketching, prototyping, and user testing.
Identify design problems and devise solutions.
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions for core and new features.
Gather user feedback to improve interfaces.
Collaborate with Business, Product, and Development teams.
Practice ego-free design and provide / receive feedback.
Utilize pragmatic design approaches, prioritizing value and organizational needs.
Design content to meet user needs, simplifying complex information.
Prepare documentation (reports, reviews).
Present ideas clearly and effectively to internal and external clients.
Communicate designs and development clearly to technical and business experts.
Mentor and coach team members on design concepts and methods.
Work in an agile, sprint-based development environment.
Collaborate with multiple designers on complex product deliveries.
Understand the impact of design on other aspects of product development.

Required Skills & Certifications :

Experience facilitating user experience design research (interviews, usability testing, A / B testing, etc.).

Ability to lead design ideation and deliver design deliverables (service design blueprints, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, prototypes).

Ability to deliver functional, accessible, usable, and aesthetically-pleasing user interfaces.

Experience collaborating with Business, Product, and Development teams.

Experience designing content to meet user needs and simplify complex information.

Ability to discern the right information and format for user needs.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Experience with Figma.

Experience designing interfaces with a design system.

Experience with medium-to-large sized product development / service design projects.

Experience dealing with designing services and products for large organizations.

Experience leading strategy and execution on product / service discovery.

Preferred Skills & Certifications :

Knowledge of network security and network protocols.

Special Considerations :

Hybrid work model : 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
