Opportunity
We're seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our Montreal-based delivery team. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and managing candidates for contract and direct-hire opportunities in the technology sector. You'll work closely with account managers and delivery leads to ensure timely fulfillment of client requisitions, while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.
What You'll Do
- Source and screen qualified candidates for technical roles using various channels and tools.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit based on client requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate records and activity logs in Bullhorn.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand job orders and prioritize recruitment efforts.
- Generate candidate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to shared recruitment goals.
- Support cross-functional recruitment efforts across national practices when needed.
What You Bring to the Table
2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment or staffing.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Bullhorn experience is a plus).A proactive mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality candidate experiences.Core Skills Required
