UI UX Designer (ID#5221)

The company is seeking a UI/UX Designer who also brings strong graphic design capability. This role supports a new AI driven product initiative and requires someone who can design intuitive interfaces, create polished mockups, and produce high quality visual assets using both traditional and AI enhanced design tools.The designer will translate product concepts, user goals, and conversational AI workflows into intuitive and visually compelling interfaces.The UI/UX Designer will define the structure, flow, and visuals of the platform. This includes concept development, wireframes, prototypes, and production ready UI assets. The ideal candidate is experienced with Figma, comfortable working in iterative environments, and capable of using AI design tools to accelerate or enhance creative output. A strong creative eye, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams are essential.Responsibilities:

• Lead interface and experience design for an AI enhanced planning and coaching platform.
• Translate product requirements and conversational behaviors into user flows and interface concepts.
• Create wireframes, high fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design systems in Figma.
• Produce graphics, concept art, and visual assets as needed.
• Use generative AI tools to generate design variations, concepts, or graphics.
• Collaborate closely with product leads and developers to iterate and refine designs.
• Perform quick user testing or feedback loops to validate usability.
• Maintain a consistent, unified visual style across the product.
• Manage workload effectively with weekly hours that may vary by project phase.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience in SaaS, mobile apps, AI products, or digital platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma including prototyping, components, and design systems.
• Experience with AI design tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Nano Banana, Sora, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing polished, modern interface design and user flows.
• Understanding of user centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams and work independently.
• Strong visual communication skills with attention to layout, spacing, color, and typography.
• Experience designing experiences around chat based interactions or dynamic recommendation systems.
