Pay : $48.07 / hour

Shift differential : 6%-8% of base hourly rate shift differential paid for applicable hours worked.

Location : Hope, BC

Schedule : Rotating day, evening and night shifts

• Slow season schedule : 5 days on (8-hour shifts), 2 days off
• Peak season schedule : 4 days on (12-hour shifts), 3 days off

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Mechanic will support Factory needs in regards to all equipment to achieve plan and improve on process efficiency and performance, support, and actively manage troubleshooting and preventative maintenance program to maximize equipment availability, reduce unplanned stoppages, reduce energy and water usage.
