As an Outside Sales Representative. You will be selling Industrial metals and steals to clients within the territory of East of Toronto to Kingston. This role will focus on both active accounts and dormant or underperforming accounts. This position offers a base salary of $80,000-$90,000 with commissions, car allowance and other perks.

OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY
Head Office - Brampton Ontario
Travelling and visiting customers (Monday to Thursday)
Working from the office - Friday
The sales territory includes Eastern GTA and surrounding areas, extending as far east as Kingston
EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
At least five years of experience in transactional / industrial sales
A minimum of five years of experience specifically in outside sales
Post-secondary or professional experience equivalent

10-50 core products including steel, aluminum and stainless, sheet, pipe and structural

TYPICAL DAY & DUTIES
Engage with active, inactive, and potential clients within the territory.
Submit reports on market trends to the inside sales team to enhance sales.
Drive commercial sales and identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the inside sales team for dormant and prospective accounts.
Generate and provide customer quotes, bids, and estimates.
Offer current product pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.

3-6 months training period to learn about the products and industry for candidates without steel industry experience
