Job descriptionMust have strong computer skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Transportation experience considered a strong asset Must be comfortable with inbound and outbound phone calls Ability to multitask Must have high school diploma Must have strong organizational skills Must have a clean criminal record Processing and collecting freight documents Update tracking reports Answering phone and emails and transferring to necessary personnel Support operations in their daily administrative tasks Responsible for admin tasks- customer service, PO’s, reports, data entry Perform all other duties assigned

Only Candidates authorized to work in Canada will be contacted.Our team at MaxSys is currently recruiting for an experienced Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant for our client in the Fredericton area.The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience.About the job
- Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
- This is a contract position, covering parental leave until summer .
- $19.00 / h + 4% vacation pay, paid out weekly
