As a Location Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing diverse, interdisciplinary projects with a focus on water, waste, and energy. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project execution, client engagement, and team development while driving high-quality, sustainable solutions that reflect our commitment to environmental stewardship and innovation.

Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day location operations and delivery of projects.
- Develop and implement operational processes that enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Support in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting to ensure the location meets business objectives and financial goals.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to support professional growth and project success.
- Identify areas for operational improvements and implement strategies to increase location efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work alongside consulting teams to plan, execute, and review project deliverables and outcomes.
- May support contracts, proposals, and client communications.
- Contribute to client communications, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Position Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Science, Operations Management, or another discipline related to environmental sciences, water resources, engineering, or a similar area.8+ years of experience in operations, business management, or consulting roles.Demonstrated experience in supporting business activities, preferably within a consulting environment.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools is a plus.Legally able to work in Canada.What We’re Looking For :
