As a Location Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing diverse, interdisciplinary projects with a focus on water, waste, and energy. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project execution, client engagement, and team development while driving high-quality, sustainable solutions that reflect our commitment to environmental stewardship and innovation.

This in-person role, based in Saskatoon, offers the unique opportunity to work within a company that balances the agility and personal growth of a smaller organization with the resources and stability of an established firm.

Your industry and consulting experience, combined with your project and people management skills, will empower you to drive positive change by inspiring new approaches and implementing efficient science and engineering solutions.

Responsibilities :

Oversee day-to-day location operations and delivery of projects.
Develop and implement operational processes that enhance productivity and efficiency.
Support in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting to ensure the location meets business objectives and financial goals.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to support professional growth and project success.
Identify areas for operational improvements and implement strategies to increase location efficiency and effectiveness.
Work alongside consulting teams to plan, execute, and review project deliverables and outcomes.
May support contracts, proposals, and client communications.
Contribute to client communications, proposals, and contract negotiations.

Position Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Science, Operations Management, or another discipline related to environmental sciences, water resources, engineering, or a similar area.

8+ years of experience in operations, business management, or consulting roles.

Demonstrated experience in supporting business activities, preferably within a consulting environment.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools is a plus.

Legally able to work in Canada.
