The Program Officer Exchange plays a key role within the Learning Abroad team in the Office of Global Affairs providing practical and efficient program support to the Exchange team students and key stakeholders. The position supports the delivery of inbound and outbound Exchange Programs and contributes to the smooth coordination of exchange activities across the University.
The role is responsible for program coordination student advising reporting and analytical support communications relationship management with key internal and external partners and the provision of administrative support for priority programs and projects. Through these activities the Program Officer Exchange contributes to the success of Learning Abroad students and supports the enhancement of the broader UNSW student experience.
The position reports to the Lead Exchange and does not have direct reports.
