Job Summary

As a Senior Research Scientist for our Immunogenicity team at the Laval location, you will collaborate with technical staff in scientific matters associated with the conduct, interpretation and reporting of studies. You will also assist scientifically and administratively, to maximize team performance and quality through efficient organization of work.

In this role, primary responsibilities include :

• Undertake the role of Study Director for the conduct of Immunology laboratory related studies;
• Prepare study-related documentation (study schedule, technical procedures, study plans, amendments, etc.);
• Review study-related documentation (worksheets and data);
• Plan studies in an efficient manner with regards to the experiment required, staff requirements and their qualifications;
• Monitor the laboratory activities during the study by conducting regular visits to the lab, by supervising critical activities and reviewing the records as appropriate;
• Support training and coach laboratory staff on ongoing work and techniques.
