You will work within Walmart stores, building seasonal display items and a wide selection of quality Bicycles. You will be our go-to-person to arrive in store, ready to build! You will assemble products and merchandize on the salesfloor according to the client requirements. We take Health and Safety seriously; we adhere to all client and OSL policies to ensure that all quality measures are met or exceeded. As a seasonal program, we have great incentives that encourage builders to come back year after year.
What we are looking for :
You have previous experience using hand and / or power tools such as drills / drivers, wrenches, ratchets, Allen keys, etc., to build or repair a variety of bicycles and seasonal products. (All tools will be supplied by the Company)Mechanical ability to assemble bicycles that are safe to ride and built to last for this season and many years to comeComprehension of technical directions to properly assemble product displays such as patio furniture, BBQ’s, swings, lawn mowers, snowblowers and more.Conduct regular safety inspections of products and may on occasion perform repairs and adjustments to ensure builds are meeting the highest standards.May on occasion perform repairs or adjustments for customer owned products.Thrives while working alone, often unsupervised. Comfortable using a mobile device to communicate in group chats with the larger build teams, as well submit end of day safety checks and build reports.Physical Job Requirements
Comfortable lifting and moving 30-50 pounds regularlyComfortable standing / walking / crouching / kneeling for extensive periods of timeYou MUST have your own vehicle and be willing to travel within a designated region.Sounds like a good fit?
