We are seeking talented individuals to join our team and ensure that our automotive production lines are ready and efficient for this exciting endeavor.
Job Description : As a Station Designer, you will play a crucial role in adapting our existing plant to accommodate the new production lines for the upcoming motor vehicle launch.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficiency of each station within the production line, working closely with various teams to resolve issues and track progress.
This role demands meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in station layout design.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt the existing plant layout to accommodate the new production lines.
- Ensure proper assignment and placement of tools for operators, including torque guns, lift assists, and other essential equipment.
- Create and update station layouts using AutoCAD 2D and 3D software, adhering to project timelines and specifications.
- Engage with teams to update station layouts based on project requirements and feedback.
- Resolve issues related to station design and layout, tracking resolution progress to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor pilot builds and ensure that all station layout deliverables are met according to project standards.
Must-Haves :
Skills / Technologies :
- Proven experience in updating station layouts and creating scopes of work within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D software, with a strong understanding of layout design principles.
