What You’ll Accomplish With Us
- Guide new representatives throughout the integration process by assessing their needs and providing tailored solutions;
- Prepare and coordinate required documentation, ensuring compliance and registration with regulatory authorities;
- Monitor timelines, organize follow-up meetings, and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders;
- Use digital tools (Office 365, SharePoint) to document steps, share information, and optimize processes;
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide mentorship to new team members.
What Could Accelerate Your Success In This Role
Holds a university degree in administration or a related field;Has a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience;Recognized for strong interpersonal skills, the ability to explain complex information, organizational rigor, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities with autonomy and analytical thinking;Possesses advanced proficiency in French, both spoken and written, for daily interactions with French‑speaking colleagues and advisors;Possesses advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written, for daily interactions with English‑speaking colleagues and advisors;Proficient with digital tools (Office 365, SharePoint) and has solid knowledge of financial products; CFIC certification and familiarity with Lean / Agile practices are strong assets.Why you’ll love working with us
