JOB DESCRIPTION :

Capgemini Canada is hiring an Azure Data Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Build multi-dimensional data models
  • Perform tuning and optimization of Power BI reports and SQL queries
  • Work directly with business teams, designing Cloud solutions.
  • Transform business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Develop strong data documentation around pipelines, processes, and components being created.
  • Analyze previous and present data for better decision making.
  • Spot key performance indicators and implement efficiencies as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

  • Overall, 10 years of data project experience.
  • 8 years of experience as a Power BI Developer.
  • Experience optimizing complex Power BI Solutions.
  • 2 years of experience working on integration with Azure Cloud.
  • Advanced knowledge of DAX calculations and data modeling.
