Position Summary
The City of Fort Saskatchewan is seeking a confident and personable professional to join our Culture & Recreation Team. Reporting to the Supervisor, Culture & Heritage, the Coordinator, Fort Heritage Precinct Programs is responsible for the development, implementation, staffing, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of all Fort Heritage Precinct programs and events.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a 2 year Diploma in education, history, heritage interpretation, museum studies or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a heritage related position and progressive experience in supervision is required. Experience in the areas of program development, delivery and advertising is essential. The incumbent will have a strong understanding of the Alberta Museums Association standard practices along with excellent report writing and oral presentation capabilities. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills to promote successful customer relations.
