MISSION

Within the Capital Markets IT (CMI) department of Global IT (GIT) which manages the information system for capital markets activities (pre-trade, post-trade, risks), the Repo & Secured Funding (RSF) Filière covers application support, maintenance and developments of the application information system.

As a senior BA - Repo & SecLending within the RSF Filière, you are responsible for the management and coordination of functional delivery on RSF activities (booking, PnL, Risk, FO system). You act as the functional referent of the team. You share with our business partners the technological challenges around solutions to meet their expectations, the opportunities and potential risks.

You are responsible for ensuring that the needs expressed by the business match the solutions proposed by IT.

You encourage initiative and innovation within the team while ensuring compliance with standards and design.

You report to the IT Division Manager of the Repo & Secured Funding Filière.

Support the functional resources made available in achieving their objectives

• Create an environment of trust that promotes open communication, innovation and the right to make mistakes
• Establish a framework that promotes autonomy, creativity, risk-taking and continuous improvement
• Support the skills development of new arrivals and junior resources
• Participate in the review of functional specifications

Guarantee the functional quality as well as the maintainability of the applications developed

• Promote continuous improvement of our software based on agility, Software Craftsmanship and SecDevOps
