Leasing Agent

Château Baie-Comeau, a welcoming private seniors' residence, is looking for the next exceptional candidate to fill a full-time Leasing Agent position. Sales experience required; knowledge of the private seniors' residence market is an asset. We offer telemedicine, an employee assistance program, group insurance, and more!

Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours
Salary: To be discussed based on experience + commissions

• Analyze the clients needs in relation to the available properties
• Follow up with clients
• Greet clients and take them on a tour of the site
• If required, collaborate on the various residence committees
• Interact with your colleagues in response to client requests
• Manage customer inquiries
• Monitor the integration of a new resident
• Prepare information packets for customers
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Rent out vacant apartments in the building
• Stay on top of the trends in the rental market for the region
• Work in Microsoft Excel to update data

• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
