ABOUT THE POSITION
- Managing and servicing book of business, renewals, endorsements, quotes, new business, certification, etc.
- Advising customers on personal lines policies, ensuring they have the best coverage for their insurance needs
- Following up on customer questions and quotes
- Closing deals with a customer-first attitude
- Working closely with multiple insurance providers
