Schedule : 7am-3pm / 3pm-11pm / 11pm-7am rotating every 2 weeks
$41 to $43.40 per hour based on experience

Install, maintain and troubleshoot pneumatic valves, actuators, control systems and PLCsInstall, maintain and trouble shoot hydraulic systems including valves, pumps, filter / strainers, flow control, proportional valves, actuators.Receive daily work orders and organize work in order to complete in an expeditious manner, including determining the necessary materials and equipment.Diagnose and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipment.Understand and interpret schematic drawings and symbols, as well as manufacturers manuals and specifications and logic diagrams for pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems.Repair or replace defective parts; lubricate, inspect, clean machine parts as per PM procedures.Use of hand and power tools to expedite repairs, installation and maintenance of equipment.Use and set up of shop power machinery, lathes, milling machines, saws, drills, grinders.Understanding of bearing selection, inspections, fitting and replacements.Selection of proper lifting or hoisting equipmentInstall belts, chains, pulleys, keys, splines, shafting speed reducers, brakes, couplings, clutches and drive systems, material handling devices, inspecting, aligning and maintainingMaintain compressors, dryers, filters, coolers, separators, receivers and water pumps.Have a basic understanding of OHSA regulations on machine safety devices and guarding. Understand and practice safe working procedures. Use personal protective equipment with lockout or isolation procedures as required. Understand the environmental aspects and impacts of maintenance duties and work towards reducing them. Use fall arrest and safe work practices at elevated heights.REQUIRMENTS
