About Us :

Join our team of Face-to-Face fundraising consultants and make a meaningful impact. Our professional sales and consulting firm urgently seeks energetic, self-starting individuals to take on the role of consultants, working with top Canadian charities and hospitals like Sick Kids, UNICEF, Canadian Red Cross, CAMH, Sunnybrook Hospital, Trillium Health Partners, Covenant House Toronto, and Plan Canada.

Key Responsibilities :

Engage with potential supporters.
Adjust strategies based on market insights and trends.
Address donor concerns and ensure smooth donation processes.
Manage donation processes efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of donations.

Qualifications :

High school diploma required.

1+ year in sales or fundraising (preferred).

Skills :

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prospect, manage territories, and close deals.

Patience and motivation to handle donor inquiries.

Ability to build rapport with clients.

Strong negotiation skills.

Training & Compensation :

Comprehensive two-week training program.

Income During Training : Base pay or commission ($100 / deal), whichever is higher.

Post-Training Earnings : 100% on target earnings with bonuses, averaging $800-$1500 weekly.

NOTE : At no point, the sales representative will receive both base pay and commission simultaneously.

Work Hours : 11 : 50 a.m. to 8 p.m.
