Job description

Test Manager – Dayforce

Location : Hybrid- any where in Canda

Permanent role with a global client

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and scripts for Dayforce HCM projects.
  • Lead functional, integration, regression, UAT, and performance testing efforts.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and external vendors to define testing requirements .
  • Ensure compliance with HR, payroll, and data security regulations .
  • Support go-live readiness and post-implementation validation .

Qualifications

Required :

  • 5+ years of software testing experience, including Dayforce HCM .
  • Strong knowledge of HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Management processes .
  • Experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Worksoft, TestRail).
  • Expertise in test case creation, execution, and defect tracking .

    • Preferred :

  • ISTQB certification or equivalent testing certification.
  • Experience with Dayforce API testing and integrations .
  • Knowledge of SQL and data validation for HR / Payroll systems .
