Warehouse Manager

Within the Altrom distribution center located in Scarborough ON you will work closely with your management team.

As a Warehouse Manager your main responsibilities will be :

• Plan implement and monitor annual warehouse operations aligned with company strategy.
• Develop manage and analyze operational budgets.
• Lead and support a team of Warehouse Supervisors.
• Oversee inventory accuracy stock movement receiving storage and timely delivery coordination.
• Ensure effective communication with staff suppliers and customers.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare management reports and ensure financial oversight of warehouse operations.
• Enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards.
• Supervise maintenance and availability of warehouse equipment including forklifts.
