Reception Order Clerk position with a manufacturing & distribution company that has been in business for 50 years!
This is a full time, permanent, Monday to Friday position.
8 am to 4 : 30 pm.
Job Status : Existing Vacancy
– You will be the first person to engage with visitors, and bring a welcoming personality to this role.
– Excel, Word, Sage 300 (an asset) and strong attention to detail, are skills that will be important for the order desk & billing responsibilities.
Compensation : $50K salary
Benefits : after 3 months with 50% paid by the company
Key responsibilities :
– greeting customers to the office
– answering phones & redirecting the calls
– taking orders over the phone and in person
– entering orders for Delta branch
– invoicing for Delta, Kelowna and Winnipeg branches
