About the Role :

We are seeking a motivated Salesforce Field Service Consultant to join our team. This is a 100% remote position, ideal for someone who has hands-on experience with at least one end-to-end Salesforce Field Service implementation. You will collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, configure Salesforce Field Service, and ensure successful deployment and adoption.

Key Responsibilities :

Participate in full lifecycle Salesforce Field Service implementations, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.

Configure Salesforce Field Service solutions according to client requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize field service processes and workflows.

Provide guidance and best practices for Field Service management.

Assist in user training and documentation to ensure smooth adoption.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to Field Service.

Qualifications :

1–3 years of experience as a Salesforce Field Service Consultant or in a similar role.

Experience in at least one end-to-end Salesforce Field Service implementation.

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and Field Service modules.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Salesforce Field Service or Salesforce Administrator certifications are a plus.
