Job Description:
As a Business Development Representative, you'll identify and nurture new B2B opportunities, focusing on reservations, SMBs, and key sectors. This role combines outbound prospecting, relationship-building, and sales support to grow our client base.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking (minimum 40 calls/week).
Build relationships with Manitoba businesses and First Nations communities.
Qualify prospects and schedule consultations/quotes for sales team.
Track leads and activities in CRM.
Participate in events, trade shows, and golf tournaments for networking.
Collaborate on marketing campaigns (e.g., direct mailers) to drive funnel traffic.
Meet monthly targets for new opportunities and conversions.

Requirements:

2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (IT/tech preferred).
Strong communication and prospecting skills; familiarity with Manitoba market.
Experience with CRM tools and lead generation (e.g., LinkedIn, Clay).
Post-secondary education in business/marketing or equivalent.
Valid driver's license for client visits.
Results-driven with positive attitude; full-time (40 hours/week).
