Job Description :

As a Business Development Representative, you'll identify and nurture new B2B opportunities, focusing on reservations, SMBs, and key sectors. This role combines outbound prospecting, relationship-building, and sales support to grow our client base.

Responsibilities :

• Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking (minimum 40 calls / week).
• Build relationships with Manitoba businesses and First Nations communities.
• Qualify prospects and schedule consultations / quotes for sales team.
• Track leads and activities in CRM.
• Participate in events, trade shows, and golf tournaments for networking.
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns (e.g., direct mailers) to drive funnel traffic.
• Meet monthly targets for new opportunities and conversions.
