About the Role

ADM’s Windsor grain terminal is seeking a Maintenance Millwright to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations. In this hourly unionized role, you will maintain plant equipment, provide preventative and corrective maintenance support, and assist with offloading and loading vessels as needed.

Typical work hours are Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM (with an unpaid lunch). The successful candidate must be willing to respond to after-hours call-ins on evenings and weekends based on operational needs.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and diagnose equipment issues
• Repair, rebuild, maintain, and service equipment throughout the facility
• Demonstrate strong teamwork while working independently with minimal supervision
• Recommend modifications or upgrades to improve equipment performance and reliability
• Read and interpret equipment drawings, documentation, and manuals
• Document maintenance work, updates, and adjustments to equipment
• Support vessel offloading and loading operations as required
• Perform other duties as assigned
