What You Will Do :

In this unionized position of Technician, Building Services , you will play an essential role within our Building & Fleet Services team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Maintaining accurate records of requests, progress reports and inspection records;
• Completing minor building maintenance tasks including but not limited to snow / ice removal, lawn / yard maintenance, changing light bulbs, painting, etc.;
• Performing quality checks on building systems;
• Responding to building / system alarms for troubleshooting purposes (outside building hours as well);
• Coordinating and monitoring vendor / contractor activities for compliance to AUI requirements
• Assisting with the movement of vehicles as required; and
• Assisting with cleaning, fueling / charging pool vehicles as required.
